Walls are Only Safety Nets

So keep the mind open when you read this and just try to think about things that you don’t forgive yourself for. ~Brittany Coutu

I’ve built my walls for years and they are stronger than ever. Now that’s a true fact. But, this shall be the year that I break straight through them.

I’ve come to the realization that walls are only safety nets. They don’t protect or save us from anything. But what they actually do is inhibit and blind us from seeing beyond the horizon.

So I asked myself just this:

Do you want to see the sun set and rise?

Do you want to change to make this possible?

Forgive yourself and move ahead.

Lets face our fears and open up. Challenge yourself each day and place yourself out of that comfort zone. It’s then that you will recognize how mentally, physically and emotionally [strong] that soul of yours truly is.

This doesn’t have to pertain to fitness but with everyday life. So keep the mind open when you read this and just try to think about things that you don’t forgive yourself for.

We all make mistakes whether the blame is on you or another. Don’t build walls around yourself or let others back you into them. Let’s break through them. Tomorrow is always a new day! So how will you spend the next 24 hours?
