When “No” Is Not the Answer

My director needs to put this sign on his door so that we all know what to expect when we walk into his office fully armed with all the reasons why the latest ambitious goal can not be achieved.


He has been proven right more times than not. When this happens, he simply accepts his victory graciously. Looking at us with a knowing smile.

We’re about to start a another audit season and there’s some ambitious deadlines, but we can do it. He knows we can.
